2023 Legislative Champions for School Bus Safety Awards
The WSBA Legislative Champion Award is given to members of the Wisconsin Legislature who have prominently championed the goals of school bus safety. These individuals have shown extraordinary leadership, including taking legislative action to advance safety in school bus transportation. Senator James and Representatives Penterman and Johnson were awarded the first-ever WSBA Legislative Champion Awards at the Legislative Day event in Madison on January 10.
